Powerwell international limited is located in Xiamen,a coast city in south China.Xiamen is one of the three biggest manufacture base of lighting products in China. Many global lighting players set up their manufacture base in Xiamen,such as Philips,Osram,GE,Megaman.It was said one piece of compact fluorescent lamp is produced in Xiamen among every four piece of CFLs.
Why do we do?

But do you know more than 95% of electric power wasted when light up traditional incandescent bulb? Have you seen climate change bring huge influence to human being and earth. How can we do?
We have been manufacturing compact fluorescent lamp(energy saving lamp) for 10 years,and since 2009 we start reaching & developing LED products.Right now our CFLs pruduction capacity is about 2,500,000pcs monthly. Our plant cover a area of about 12000M2.
Our CFLs comply with CE ROHS for EU market,K-mark for S.Korea market,Procel & ENCE for Brasil Market,NOM-ANCE for Mexico Market,Retilap for Colombia Market,SASO for Saudi Arab Market,Etc.
---We introduce SMT technology,automatic & half-automatic equipment in production process.
---We have own tube plant so as to make sure tube and ballast match great.
---We have professional engineers who have more than 15 years' experience in R&D compact fluorescent lamp.
A: Our engineers will make 5-10pcs of compact fluorescent lamp each model to test technical parament.
B: If technical parament is accepted,trial production in line with 200pcs each model will make.Only trial production goes well can bulk-production start.Our engineer is following up entire process.
C: Our engineers will pick up CFLs at random from bulk-production to have Switch on/off circle Test,Photometric Test (including real power,lumen efficiency,flux output,color temperature,CRI),Durability Test ( performance in high temperature,low temperature,high voltage,low voltage),EMC Test ( If required).
---We have strict quality control policy.
A: Each single piece of tube & ballast is test before assemble.
B: Each piece of compact fluorescent lamp have 2 hours aging time after assemble.
C Each piece of compact fluorescent lamp will be re-test to see whether work well or not,as well as inspect appearance before packing.
---We have about 200 well trained workers.Instruction for assembling compact fluorescent lamp and LED products is given every month.
